To expedite the process, we recommend that any additional drivers create an account with Rental Car and get approved before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the vehicle you’ve chosen. You can easily request to add drivers through your account on our website or app without any additional charges.

You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you book your rental with less than 24 hours' notice, you have one hour from the time of booking to cancel at no charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period, a small cancellation fee will apply. In the rare event that we need to cancel your reservation, you will be notified immediately so you can arrange an alternative vehicle.
